# Seer plugin setup for EMPF Preview

- The Seer plugin ships with EMPF Preview but requires manual setup in Seer
- Plugin folder: `C:\Program Files\EMPF Preview\seer-plugin`
- Requirement: Seer installed separately (third-party Spacebar-preview tool for Windows)

## Steps

1. Install EMPF Preview and Seer.
2. Find the plugin files in `C:\Program Files\EMPF Preview\seer-plugin`.
3. Add the plugin in Seer's plugin settings (exact clicks on the canonical page).
4. Select a `.empf` file in Explorer and press Spacebar to verify the preview appears.

## If Spacebar does nothing

Check that the plugin is registered in Seer, restart Seer, and clear Seer's cache if needed — the canonical page lists the full checklist.
