What happens after payment?
Stripe sends you back to EMPF Preview with your installer link. The link is valid for 7 days and up to 5 downloads.
Are my .empf files uploaded?
No. EMPF Preview runs locally on your Windows PC. Your .empf files stay on your computer.
What if it does not work for me?
Email support within 14 days if EMPF Preview cannot generate previews for normal local .empf files on a supported Windows PC.
Not for editing or printer support
Use eufyMake Studio for editing, printing, login, cloud, printer or device issues. EMPF Preview is only for local preview, thumbnails and export around .empf files.
