What support can help with
Use this contact address for EMPF Preview installer questions, Windows Explorer thumbnails, local viewer behavior, Seer plugin setup, PNG export and compatibility questions around local .empf files.
When reporting an issue
- Include the EMPF Preview version.
- Include your Windows version.
- Say whether the file is local, in OneDrive or on a network drive.
- Describe what you expected to see.
- Describe what happened instead.
- Attach a screenshot if possible.
Do not send confidential customer project files unless requested.
Support limits
EMPF Preview support cannot provide official eufyMake Studio account, printer, cloud or device support. Use eufyMake Studio and eufyMake support for editing, printing, login and printer/device workflows.
